FoodTech news

The internationalisation of ToasterLAB, a national FoodTech sector on the move… French FoodTech is making a name for itself. And we are proud of the accomplishments of the ToasterLAB program, recognised as a major FoodTech player in France and abroad.

Blockchain: the first applications are ready

Vitagora has already published a blog post about the potential of blockchain for food business (here in French). Indeed, blockchain is promising to revolutionise traceability, with potential benefits for consumers in search of transparency and guarantees of origin. But also for professionals requiring fast access to reliable information throughout the food value chain. Only a concept a few months ago, a first blockchain application has already been introduced in retail. We are sure that it is to be the first of many.

Advice for startups and intrapreneurs

In order to stand out from the highly competitive crowd of ecommerce giants, startups have a number of aces up their sleeve. The first, of course, is to join an acceleration program like ToasterLAB, where they will benefit from 3 months of intensive coaching on all aspects of getting their business off the ground. In parallel, the web is a rich source of information, if you know where to look. Here is our selection of articles for startups and intrapreneurs.
